We aim to keep our process as easy and stress-free as possible. We handle all aspects of your concrete project from bare land or floor to final completion.

Here's our customer service process in a nutshell...

  1. Call, email or message us or use our Quick Quote form to action a free measure & quote.
  2. We will book in a site visit to measure up your project and confirm all your requirements plus advise on how to achieve the best possible results.
  3. We handle all the project management, ensuring all trades people and concrete deliveries happen on time or a rescheduled if the weather doesn't play ball!
  4. Job's done! We have a final meeting to check our handy work and make sure you are happy with the results too.

Our Production Process

It's worthwhile working with a concrete contracting company which also produces and supplies concrete. The main reason being that we produce each batch of concrete to order, specifically for each individual project.

Riverstone Aggregate

Our riverstone is sourced from the local Ōpōtiki riverbed to protect the river from flooding the town as well as provide a high quality and attractive resource for many of our concrete projects.

This sustainable resource is constantly being replenished as it washes down the river. It is also sustainably harvested with the support of the local hapu and under the supervision of the Bay of Plenty Regional Council. 

All riverstone aggregate we source is screened, large aggregate is crushed and the final product is washed and tested for size before going to concrete batching.

We maintain best practice testing and quality control systems as part of our Concrete NZ Certificate of Compliance.

We recommend:

  • Riverstone Aggregate – For residential projects and concrete used as a decorative feature.
  • Quarry Aggregate – For large and commercial projects.
